Event Series: Cooking Class

Cooking Class

October 15 @ 15:30 - 17:30

Join Caterina, Ilaria, and Ingrid for a series of cooking
workshops at Friarié, a traditional Neapolitan Bistrot where
the richness of Southern Italian culinary heritage meets a
health-conscious approach.
You’ll explore how to prepare beloved classic dishes from
the South of Italy—recipes that carry warmth and authenticity—
but you’ll also be guided through the creation of
wholesome balanced meals, designed for modern lifestyles.
Using fresh, seasonal and healthy
ingredients, and mindful preparation
techniques, you’ll discover how to
cook in ways that support digestion,
energy, taste and overall well-being.
These classes are dedicated not only
to flavor and tradition, but also to
teaching you how to nourish your
body with every meal. Each session
introduces simple yet powerful concepts
of healthy eating: from reducing
refined sugars and harmful fats,
to incorporating vibrant vegetables
and gut-friendly ingredients. You’ll
even experiment with recipes that
carry an exotic influence, expanding
your palate while staying true to a
Neapolitan foundation.
These immersive classes are designed to be highly interactive
and not individual hands-on sessions. Instead of each
person cooking their own recipe, participants will assist
and help us during the demonstration, making the experience
engaging and participatory. At the end of the class,
you will take home a sample of the dish prepared together,
along with the recipe, so you can recreate it at home.
These workshops are perfect for anyone seeking to reconnect
with food as a source of health, pleasure, and cultural
connection. Come, learn, and nourish yourself in a warm
and welcoming space where tradition meets transformation.
