Cooking with Cinzia Francabandera

Born and raised in the
inviting region of Puglia,
Cinzia’s culinary expertise
is deeply rooted in her
Italian heritage. Having
traversed the globe with
her husband and three
kids, she cultivated her
cooking skills by drawing
inspiration from her
mother and participating
in cooking classes across
continents. She shared the art of Italian cuisine in
Barcelona and China doing cooking classes for locals
and expats and now she’s excited to share her culinary
passion in her Milanese kitchen. Cinzia has been a
Benvenuto member since she arrived in Milan in 2012.

Join Cinzia as
she guides you
through the
preparation of a
full meal featuring
both classic and
modern Italian
dishes. Discover
the secrets behind
perfect risotto,
fresh and dry pasta and meat or dish and explore the
vibrant flavors of Italian desserts. Cinzia will not only
share her culinary techniques but also infuse the class
with her contagious enthusiasm, making the cooking
process both enjoyable and easy.
Beyond the joy of cooking, this class carries a special
mission. 100% of the profits will be contributed to the
“Still I Rise” charity–an international humanitarian
organization dedicated to providing education and
protection to vulnerable and refugee children. Your
participation in this class not only enriches your culinary
skills but also contributes to a meaningful cause.
