The Mindful Space (meditation)

Meetings: on Zoom every Friday at 9:00am

Length: 45 to 60 min

Purpose: I propose every week a short meditation of 15 min.

Then, we share how we experienced this meditation.

We explore together how it is to be a mind owner.

Through the different meditations, we are discovering together what mindfulness is.

What is Mindfulness?

It is about rediscovering ourselves without judgment and with kindness using our natural curiosity.

We are accomplishing this by learning to pay attention, on purpose, without judgment moment by moment.
