During this walking tour, you’ll
immerse yourself in the splendor of
Varese, a city surrounded by tranquil
lakes, scenic valleys, and verdant
parks. Known as the “Garden City,”
Varese boasts a storied past dating
back to the mid-1800s, when its
breathtaking landscape sparked the
rise of the local tourism industry.
Wealthy Milanese elites were
captivated by Varese’s allure, adorning
its terrain with grand mansions
and sprawling parks, solidifying its
reputation as their preferred holiday
retreat.

to Varese
