The Truffle Hunt:
set off into the forest
alongside expert na-
ture guides and truffle hunters Marcella and stefa-
no, together with their wonderfully friendly trained
dogs, Becks and Blu. you will hunt for both white
and black truffles and learn the secrets of sensory
analysis directly from the experts.
UNESCO Heritage Discovery: Take a guided walk-
through of the historic Cave di pietra da cantone—a
recognized unEsCo World heritage and Fai site
where wines are aged.
Cellar Tour & Sommelier Tasting: Explore the
production winery before enjoying a guided tasting
of 4 fine glasses of wine led by a professional som-
melier, paired with a plate of authentic local Mon-
ferrato delicacies (including a dish of warm egg with
fresh black truffle)!
Fresh Truffle Market: any truffles unearthed during
our walk will be available for purchase directly from
the truffle hunter at a special price.
